Returns

We want you to love your Fourfold Fragrance purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused / in its original condition / unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Return window: You have 14 days from the date you received your item to request a return.

Non-returnable items: The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened wax melts, used candles, or any item that has been burned/lit
  • Anything in the wonky sale or discounted items 

 

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at fourfoldfragrance@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.

Do not send your purchase back without first contacting us — returns sent without prior authorisation may not be accepted.

Return Postage

  • Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. Unless item is damaged or faulty

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or we made an error.
